Our Services

We provide professional deck building, installation, repair, and maintenance services in Antioch, CA and surrounding areas. All services are performed by qualified professionals using quality materials.

We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a project is unsafe or not feasible. Your safety is our top priority.

Estimates and Quotes

We provide free estimates for all deck projects. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices may change if project scope changes or if materials costs increase significantly.

Once you accept a quote, we will schedule your project based on availability. A deposit may be required to secure your project date.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

For larger projects, we may require a deposit before starting work and progress payments at agreed milestones.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. All labor is guaranteed for one year from the date of completion. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and vary by product.

If you experience any issues with our workmanship within the warranty period, we will repair it at no additional cost to you.

Cancellations and Changes

You may cancel or reschedule your project with at least 48 hours notice without penalty. Last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

Changes to the project scope after work has begun may result in additional charges and extended timelines.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe access to the work area and to keep pets and children away from the construction site during work hours. We will do our best to keep the work area clean and safe.

We are fully insured and licensed. All work is performed in compliance with local building codes and regulations.

Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage to underground utilities that are not properly marked. We recommend calling 811 before any digging work begins.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about our work, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with California law.
